Joseline

Joseline is a 13-year-old student in the vocational track who lives with her dad, her stepmom, her twin sister, and other relatives. She comes from a large family and has ten brothers and sisters, some older and some younger. At home, Joseline helps by cleaning her room and handwashing clothes.

Her favorite subject in school is Math because she is learning how to add. One day, she hopes to become a teacher. Her favorite food is pepián, a traditional Guatemalan dish. In her free time, she enjoys playing. She is good at sweeping and would like to improve her drawing, especially when it comes to hearts and rainbows. Eating cake makes her feel happy. Today, she is thankful for the food she is given and for her classmates who play with her.
