Angie

Angie is a 9-year-old student in 3rd grade who lives with her mom, her grandmother, her grandfather, and her two older sisters. As the youngest sister, she enjoys being part of a busy and loving household. She helps her grandmother with cooking, learning practical skills while spending time together.

At school, Angie’s favorite subject is Math because she enjoys adding and subtracting. She hopes to become a veterinarian one day. Her favorite food is pepián, a traditional Guatemalan dish. In her free time, she loves to play “grocery store,” using her imagination to create her own little shop. Angie is very flexible and likes gymnastics and dancing. An area she would like to improve in is getting over her fear of chickens. She feels happiest when her cousins come to play, and she is thankful to God for giving her a school where she can learn new things.
